The backup wizard allows you to simply create a restoration point of
your current sites settings. This means if you do make any mistakes
while editing you can just go back to before that time.

This section of the page informs you the number of
backups you have, how many more you can have and some
options (adding a restoration point, removing all
points)
Existing Backups
This section displays a list of all your restoration points, the
date and time of the restoration point and options to either
restore (i.e. use the information stored in this backup to
overwrite your site) or delete.
