Making a website is now easier then ever! Once you have logged into
your master account it is just a case of following the 7 step wizard to
create the a fully functional website!
Selecting Your Site Type
At this point in the wizard process you have to decide what
type you want your site to be.
At the moment we offer the following site types:
Dating - non-adult content and imagery
Adult Dating - explicit (within reason) images
and adult content
Gay Adult Dating - explicit (within reason)
images and adult content
The choice you make will determine the characteristics of
your website. For example Dating sites cannot contain
explicit materials.
Domain or Sub Domain
This page allows you to choose if you want to use a free
sub domain or a pre-registered domain.
Pre-registered domains can be bought from various websites such
as www.hotdemon.com . You
will however need to change your name servers to point to ours.
This is a very simple process and full instructions will be
found at your domain registrar
Using a Sub Domain
Here you can use one of our free sub domains to setup a site.
You simply have to choose the first part of your site name.
The site type that you choose earlier will determine what
domains are available at this point.
Using Your Own Domain
Here you can enter the
URL for your own domain name.
If you use this then the next page will check the information
entered and display whois
details about it.
Confirmation
This page displays whois
information (if you entered your own domain name) along with the
contact and payment details that will be registered to this
site.
These details are pulled from your master account data.
Price Plan Selection
Here you can select the price plan to use on your website and
the amount you will be paid per upgrade.
To view an individual price plan simply click on the 'plus'
button and the information will be shown. To show or hide all
the price plans click on the 'show all' button.
Once you have decided which plan you want to use then you can
select it by simply clicking on the 'Use this price plan'.
Your Members will be able to select the currency in which
they can pay their subscription. We just use this as a default
currency.
Where Did You Find Us
This page asks where you found out about the DateTec system
so we can target our future campaigns appropriately.
Terms and Conditions
This page shows the terms and conditions for creating and using
a site on the DateTec system.
All webmasters must adhere to these terms and conditions, if an
infringement is discovered then appropriate action is taken.
